Where our systems are running

Every deployment below is a machine or a fleet that had a tire problem worth solving. The numbers are delivery records, not projections.

160-wheel beam carrier — Zhengzhou Xindafang

A tyre failure on a beam carrier is not a roadside repair; it is a stopped infrastructure project. The operator needed every wheel on a 20-axle machine visible from the cab.

Challenge20 axles × 8 wheels, long chassis, radio shadowing
Configuration2 receivers (with two 7" displays) + 12 repeaters + 160 sensors
Delivered10 machines
ResultEvery wheel's pressure and temperature on screen in the cab; alarms replace walk-around checks

The largest single vehicle we have instrumented carries 224 wheels (28 axles × 8). That number is the practical proof of what our multi-axle edition can do.

Port machinery — XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion and Zhongli

Container handlers work in a yard all day, on tires that carry tens of tonnes each. Unplanned downtime costs crane hours and truck waiting time.

EquipmentRTG cranes, reach stackers, container stackers
ScaleAround 600 machines per year in total
Configuration1 receiver + 1–3 repeaters + 6–16 sensors per machine
IntegrationData reported into the machine's own control system

Supplied to XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion and Zhongli under their own brands — around 600 machines a year in total. Field service is supported locally, so retrofits and warranty work do not depend on a flight from China.

City buses — Shanghai

City buses — Shanghai

A municipal fleet cannot inspect 1,500 buses by hand every morning. Tire data has to arrive at the depot office by itself.

Scale~1,500 buses per year
EditionNetworked — TPMS with 4G cloud platform
ValueDepot-level overview, automatic alarms, history per vehicle

This is the reference deployment for our networked edition: the same receiver hardware, plus a 4G gateway.

Field footage

Clips from installations and operations. Full-length footage is being edited for release; ask us for the raw material if you need it for an evaluation.

Video is being edited. In the meantime we can send raw clips on request.

From the field

Selected installation and deployment photos. Sensors are mounted on the rim or valve stem; the receiver sits in the electrical cabinet; the display goes in the cab.

About these photos

These are field photographs from installations in service. They are published as evidence of deployment scale and installation practice — the machines, the wheel counts and the site conditions we work in. For current-generation product appearance, see the product pages.

Customer names

Customer names are shown as they appear in our delivery records. If a name must be anonymised for a specific document or region, tell us and we will publish an anonymised version.

Send the model and wheel count. If we have instrumented something similar, we will tell you exactly how it was done.
